By accessing or using the platform or purchasing anything from us, you agree to the following terms:

You shall not post or transmit via the platform any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without Famzlink express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. You agree that the use of the platform is at your own risk. Famzlink makes no representation that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any interruptions or errors contained within.
Eligibility
The Website is not intended to be viewed, and the Services are not intended to be purchased or used, by minors or anyone under the age of eighteen (18). By entering the Website or using the Services, you are agreeing that you are not under the age of eighteen (18).
Services and Products
All product items purchased from Famzlink are sent via email or courier service. We will make every effort to deliver your order to you on time to your email or address, but we cannot be responsible for technical difficulties related to the checking of your personal email account or claiming your product. We will make every effort to send your order to another email account or address specified by you if you encounter email or delivery difficulties.
And if you think it’s too challenging getting delivery of your product, you can convert it to Z-coin and withdraw it as cash to your bank account.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We accept online payments for purchases as specified at the point of payment. Your payment method will be charged as stated at the point of purchase. If you have selected a payment plan, your agree to the payment plan as stated at the point of purchase. All prices reflect cost in U.S. Dollars and Nigeria Naira.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you select, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Famzlink and any and all of its representatives from any loss or damages incurred from any misrepresentation of the above.
Clients on payment plans will have their payments processed on the first day of the month, unless the first of the month falls on a weekend or Nigeria bank holiday. In those cases, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
for paying all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and, where lawful, collection agency fees.
While we strive to provide the most accurate information available, we reserve the right to dismiss any unintended offers created as a result of error on our part. If you are charged for a purchase that is deemed to be inaccurate, you will be notified and you will receive a credit for the charged amount.
Some private coaching programs have a refund policy as part of a coaching package contract. Returning private clients are not entitled to a refund policy, whether it is for group or private coaching. Please read any individual contract carefully and ask any questions you might have before signing and enrolling in a program.
Purchases of all other products, programs, courses, including group coaching programs with or without the option of bonus individual coaching, are non-refundable. Personal Health
Any information provided by Famzlink, including Site content, videos, products, and coaching, is not intended in anyway to take the place of licensed professionals in any field and does not lay claim to any medical diagnosis (physical, mental, or otherwise). The coaching services and products provided by Famzlink are not to be interpreted as a form of counselling or therapy of any kind. This is also true of any representative or guest of Famzlink. While certifications are available, coaching does not require a license and should never be construed as such.
Coaching often brings growth and personal development to the surface; and while amazing breakthroughs and accomplishments happen, it is also possible to experience difficult emotions. You are encouraged to seek professional advice from a medical or mental health care specialist if you feel compelled to do so. If you are currently working with a health care specialist, you are encouraged to discuss the viability of working with a coach with your health care specialist.
If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, it is your responsibility to consult with that person regarding the advisability of working with a coach. If at any time you feel the need for professional counselling, you agree to promptly seek the assistance of a licensed professional.
By using this Platform, purchasing/using any of our products, and/or participating in coaching, you agree that it is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of any advice, content, or materials available through the platform. Please seek the advice of professionals, as appropriate, regarding the evaluation of any such opinion, advice, information or other content. Under no circumstance will Famzlink be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Platform or any coaching service, other than as required under applicable consumer protection law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or limitation of certain types of damages, so some of the above disclaimer may not apply to you. Nothing contained herein is intended as excluding or limiting any liability beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
Communications, Content, and External Site Links
Users may submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address or give any form of misleading information as to the content’s origin. All of our Site content and products are proprietary and the sole property of Famzlink. Modifications, recordings, reproductions, or duplications of any of our Site material or products are NOT allowed. You are granted use of free products or products you purchase from Famzlink for non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to use any of our materials for the training of others or financial gain whatsoever. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates these terms.
If parties other than Famzlink offer products on our sites, we provide links to those sites; however, we are not responsible for examining or evaluating those sites, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. Links to third-party web sites do not imply famzlink’s sponsorship or endorsement of those sites or products. Your use of such web sites is at your own risk, and you should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
Changes in Events, Information, or Speaking Engagements
While we will make every effort to inform Users of changes as soon as possible, any events, information, or any guest speaker are subject to change without notice.

Famzlink is trademarked and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not part of Famzlink in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among clients, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Famzlink. Any other trademarks that appear on our Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Famzlink.
Limitation of Liability: You agree to hold Famzlink and any and all of its representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising from or related to the Site, content or related services, including but not limited to: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Famzlink that may cause the Site or services to be disrupted or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of your use of the Site, content or related services. This includes any attorney’s fees and costs related to the defence of any claim related to Famzlink or any of its products, services, or representatives. All Site content and all products are considered “as is” and do not carry warranties of any kind.
General Provisions: You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Africa or the country in which you reside. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of or with parties found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations applicable to such dealings, are solely between you and such parties. These Terms and Conditions are governed in all respects by the laws of Africa as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Africa between Africa residents. You agree that any legal proceedings related to any matters herein shall be brought in and adjudicated solely in the courts of any country in Africa. Both parties’ consent to extra-territorial service of process and submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
If Famzlink fails to act on a breach by you or others, this does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior proposals, discussions or agreements with respect thereto. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
